Our signature pork shoulder, smoked in-house with a sweet and spicy brown sugar glaze until tender, then carefully trimmed and hand-pulled. Served over fresh spring lettuce with ripe Haas avocado, sliced Roma tomatoes, black olives, and finely shredded Italian cheeses. Finished with your choice of dressing.
